Fold into wet batter along with carrots, zucchini, raisins, apples, and nuts.
Spoon into greased and floured pans.
Will fill 2 8x4" loaf pans or 1 bundt pan, or 18-24 muffins.
Bake 350° about 1 hour or until done.
If desired, make frosting. Blend ingredients together. Add powdered sugar and orange juice as needed to make a soft frosting. Can frost top or drip down sides.
