White Chocolater Cookies

2 1/2 dozen
Ingredients
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 TBSP vanilla
  • 1 banana (mashed)
  • 4 oz. white chocolate bar (or more) (chopped)
  • 1 cup toasted pecans
  • 2 1/4 cup flour
  • 3 TBSP cornstarch
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp soda

Steps
  1. Beat butter and sugars until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time.
  2. Beat well. Add vanilla and banana.
  3. Add flour, cornstarch, salt, and soda. Mix well.
  4. Add chocolate and pecans. Mix gently.
  5. Chill dough - about 1 hour.
  6. Using a small ice cream scoop, drop dough onto baking sheet.
  7. Bake 15 minutes or until slightly brown on edges. Don't overcook.
  8. Makes 2 1/2 dozen.
