Ingredients
- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 TBSP vanilla
- 1 banana (mashed)
- 4 oz. white chocolate bar (or more) (chopped)
- 1 cup toasted pecans
- 2 1/4 cup flour
- 3 TBSP cornstarch
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp soda
Steps
- Beat butter and sugars until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time.
- Beat well. Add vanilla and banana.
- Add flour, cornstarch, salt, and soda. Mix well.
- Add chocolate and pecans. Mix gently.
- Chill dough - about 1 hour.
- Using a small ice cream scoop, drop dough onto baking sheet.
- Bake 15 minutes or until slightly brown on edges. Don't overcook.
- Makes 2 1/2 dozen.
