Tropical Cream Cake Fillings (two flavors)

Ingredients
4 tsp gelatin
2 cups sweetened whipped cream
2 TBSP pineapple juice
1 cup pureed apricot pulp
1 cup drained crushed pineapple (tinted green)

Steps
For each of the fillings, soften 2 tsp gelatin in 1 TBSP fruit juice (pineapple and apricot).
Dissolve over hot water. Stir into the fruit. Chill.
When partially set fold in 1 cup sweetened whipped cream to each fruit filling.
