Tropical Cream Cake

Ingredients
  • 1 - 10x5x3 loaf angel cake
  • 1 pint heavy cream
  • 1 TBSP sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Steps
  1. Cut cake lengthwise into 3 layers.
  2. First layer = spread pineapple filling!
  3. Add 2nd layer and spread with apricot filling
  4. Top with 3rd layer.
  5. Whip cream, adding sugar and vanilla. Spread on top and sides of cake.
  6. Garnish with plain or tinted coconut, pineapple rings and mint leaves.
