Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 3 pkgs (8 oz.) softened cream cheese
- 1 1/3 cups (14 oz. can) sweetened condensed milk
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 cup flour
- 2 TBSP lemon juice
- 1 TBSP grated lemon rind
- 1 carton (8 oz.) sour cream
- fruit topping or fruit pie filling, optional for garnish
Steps
- Combine graham cracker crumbs and sugar; stir in butter. Press on bottom and 2 inches up side of 9-inch springform pan.
- Beat cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk in large mixer bowl.
- Beat in eggs, flour, lemon juice, and rind. Pour into crumb-lined pan.
- Bake at 350° for 50 minutes. Spread with sour cream.
- Cook an additional 10 minutes or until set. Cool in pan.
- Garnish with your favorite fruit topping when serving.
