Ingredients
- 2 heaping TBSP butter
- 3/4 cup canned milk
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 heaping TBSP cocoa (Drosta cocoa from Holland is best)
Steps
- Lightly brown butter in heavy pan.
- Add canned milk; stir. When it comes to a boil, add sugar and cocoa.
- Cook to soft ball stage.
- Cool and beat.
