Ingredients
- Crepes:
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup cold water
- 2 TBS melted butter
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 cups flour
- Filling:
- 1 pkg (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
- 1 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 TBSP lemon juice
- 1 tsp grated lemon peel
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 4 cups fresh strawberries, sliced and divided
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream, whipped
Steps
- Mix crepe ingredients together and imulsify. Refridgerate for at least one hour.
- Beat cream cheese with sugar, lemon juice and zest. Add vanilla. Folding strawberries and whipping cream.
