Sourdough Bread

Ingredients
1 1/2 cup sourdough batter
2 cups lukewarm water
1/2 cup sugar
1 TBSP salt
3 TBSP melted butter
6 cups flour

Steps
COmbine sourdough batter, water, sugar, salt, and butter. Stir together.
Gradually add flour. Knead on floured board about 5 minutes.
Place in greased bowl - rise 1 hour.
Punch down. Rise anoth hours.
Divide dough in half. Place in greased loaf pans.
Let rise 4 hours. Bake 375° 40-45 minutes until lightly brown.
Cool on wire rack. Serve hot.
Makes 2 loaves
