Seven-Up Cake

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 cup butter
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 5 eggs
  • 3 cups flour
  • 2 tsp lemon extract
  • 3/4 cups 7-Up

Steps
  1. Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time. Beat well.
  2. Add flour, then beat in lemon extract and 7up.
  3. Pour batter into well greased and floured jumbo fluted mold (bundt pan).
  4. Bake at 325° for 1 1/4 hours.
