Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup butter
- 3 cups sugar
- 5 eggs
- 3 cups flour
- 2 tsp lemon extract
- 3/4 cups 7-Up
Steps
- Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time. Beat well.
- Add flour, then beat in lemon extract and 7up.
- Pour batter into well greased and floured jumbo fluted mold (bundt pan).
- Bake at 325° for 1 1/4 hours.
