Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb vanilla wafers
- 1 cup nuts
- 2 TBSP cocoa
- 1/2 cup light corn syrup
- 1/4 cup rum
- powdered sugar
Steps
- Crush wafers (1 1/2 cups). Mix with chopped nuts, cocoa, syrup and rum, making a firm paste.
- Form in ball with sugar. Set aside an hour to dry - then roll in sugar.
- Store in air tight container several hours. Serve.
- Makes 30 balls.
