Refridgerator Dessert - "Green Foam"

Ingredients
2 pkgs lime jello
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 cup boiling water
1 cup lemon juice
graham crackers
margarine
2 cans canned milk

Steps
Mix togther lime jello and sugar together. Add boiling water.
Stir until dissolved, then add lemon juice.
With margarine or butter, coat oblong shallow baking dish. Then crumble graham crackers 1/4" deep on bottom of pan. (This recipe makes 2 pans full)
Beat chilled milk unti lvery stiff in mixmaster bowl. Fold in jellow mixture.
Pour into coated graham crackered pans and sprinkle crumbled graham crackers for decoration on top.
Chill well in refridgerator (at least 4 hours) before serving.
Cut into squares and serve either plain, with whipping cream on top and a marchino cherry, or on a lettuce leave.
I usually serve plain.
