Raspberry Cream Frosting

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
  • 4 oz. cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 1/4 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3 cups sugar

Steps
  1. Beat butter and cream cheese on medium speed, 1-2 minutes.
  2. Beat in raspberries, vanilla and salt to bread down raspberries for 15 seconds.
  3. Add sugar until smooth.
  4. Frost cake!
