Quick Pecan Roll

Ingredients
  • 1 (12 oz.) pkg butterschotch fudge mix
  • 28 (8 oz.) vanilla caramels
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 1/2 cup chopped pecans

Steps
  1. Prepare fudge mix according to package directions; cool.
  2. Roll into 4 rolls, each about 1" in diameter.
  3. Melt caramels with milk; spread rolls with caramel mixture.
  4. Roll in pecans and chill.
  5. Cut into 1/2 inch slices. Makes 32.
