Steps

1. Using concord grapes, rinse grapes and place in steam juicer. You do not need to remove stems.
2. Steam until no more juice gathers. Pour juice right into quart bottles while still hot. I usually add 1 tsp sugar to each quart.
3. Fill juice to top of bottle and seal with canning lids.
