Ingredients
2 cups flour
1/2 cup sugar
4 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1 1/2 cup milk
1 cup canned pumpkin
4 eggs - separated
1/2 cup melted margarine

Steps
Sift together dry ingredients. Add milk, pumpkin, egg yolks, and butter.
Beat egg whites until stiff. Fold into batter and cook in electric skillet.
