Peanut Butter Witches Fingers

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup quick quaker oats
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 (11 oz.) bag chocolate chips
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 2 TBSP evaporated milk
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Steps
  1. Cream together butter, sugar, brown sugar, egg, 1/2 cup peanut butter and vanilla. Set aside.
  2. In separate bowl, stir together flour, oats, and baking soda. Add to creamed mixture and beat together until well blended.
  3. Spread in greased 9x13" pan. Bake 350° for 20 minutes. Remove from heat.
  4. Immediately sprinkle with chocolate chips. Spread with knife to cover surface.
  5. In a bowl, combine powdered sugar, 1/4 cup peanut butter, and evaporated milk. Spread over the bars in swirling motion.
  6. Cool and cut into fingers.
  7. Makes 16. Have fun!
