Peanut Butter Finger Bars

Ingredients
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp salt
1/3 cup peanut butter
1 egg
1/2 tsp soda
1 cup flour
1 scant cup rolled oats
1 (6 oz.) pkg chocolate chips
Frosting:
1 cup powdered sugar
1/4 cup peanut butter
2 TBSP milk
1 tsp vanilla

Steps
Cream together butter, sugar, and brown sugar.
Blend in vanilla, salt, peanut butter, egg, soda, and flour.
Stir in rolled oats.
Spread in greased 9x13" pan.
Bake 350° for 20-25 minutes. Remove from oven. Do NOT overcook.
Sprinkle chocolate chips on top and let melt.
For frosting, combine ingredients and mix well.
Spread on baked cookies. The frosting mixes with the chcolate chips on top of the bars.
Cool. Cut in desired sizes.
