Panocha Icing

Ingredients
  • 1 cup brown sugar (packed)
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 3/4 cups powdered sugar (or more)

Steps
  1. Melt butter in saucepan. Add brown sugar.
  2. Boil over low heat 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
  3. Stir in milk. Bring to boil, stirring constantly. Cool to lukewarm.
  4. Gradually add powdered sugar. Beat until thick enough to spread.
  5. If icing becomes too stiff, add a little hot water.
