Orange Sherbet

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • dash salt
  • 2 egg whites (stiffly beaten)
  • 2 cups orange juice
  • 3 TBSP lemon juice

Steps
  1. Boil sugar, water, and salt together for 5 minutes.
  2. Pour in thin stream over beaten eggs, beating constnatly.
  3. Add fruit juice. Pour into freexing tray of refridgerator and freexe.
  4. When half frozen, beat until smooth, but not melted.
  5. Freeze until firm
