Orange Sauce

Ingredients
4 egg yolks
1 cup sugar
2 TBSP angel flake coconut
1/2 pint whipping cream
juice and pulp of 2 oranges
1 orange rind finely grated

Steps
Combine egg yolks, sugar, juice, pulp, and orange rind and cook together until thick.
Add coconut and let cool.
When cool, fold in whipped cream and serve on slices of angel food cake or sponge cake.
Makes enough sauce to serve 12 slices of cake.
