Ingredients
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 TBSP frozen orange juice (not diluted)
- 2 TBSP lemon juice
- 2 TBSP unflavored gelatin
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 1/2 cup hot water
- 1 tsp lemon extract
- 1 tsp orange extract
- 8 drops orange food coloring
Steps
- Soften gelatin in cold water. Combine sugar and hot water. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Then, bring to a boil and add gelatin.
- Cook slowly for 20 minutes. Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients.
- Pour into pan rinsed in cold water.
- Allow to stand overnight.
- (Best if made day before dipping. If too sticky to dip, rub with powdered sugar, lightly).
