Mother's Rice Pudding

Ingredients
2 cups uncooked rice
2 cans canned milk
2 eggs (beaten)
3/4 cup sugar
lemon flavoring

Steps
Cover rice with water. Cook until done. Draine and rinse.
Place in bowl. Take 2 cans canned milk, 2 eggs that have been beaten, add small amount of lemon flavoring and sugar.
Mix well and pour over rice. Stir until mixed and refridgerate.
Serve cold.
Can top with cinnamon or nutmeg
Tips
Can add additional can of milk, if desired.
