Monkey Bread

"Christmas Eve Tradition!"

1 large bundt
Ingredients
  • 24 Rhodes Yeast Dinner Rolls (thawed, but cold)
  • 1 box butterscotch pudding (3.5 oz)
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup pecans (optional)

Steps
  1. Cut rolls into fourth with scissors.
  2. Roll in butterscotch and arrange in sprayed bundt pan.
  3. Continue for all rolls. Sprinkle extra pudding on top.
  4. Combine brown sugar and butter. Heat until butter is melted and syrup has formed (about 1 1/2 minutes). Pour over rolls.
  5. Cover with sprayed plastic wrap.
  6. Let rise to double size or top of bundt pan (overnight if house isn't too warm like ours!)
  7. Remove plastic wrap. Bake at 350° for 30-35 minutes. Cover with foil for the last 15 minutes.
  8. Invert very carefully onto a serving plate and enjoy!
