Ingredients
- 2 tall glasses
- 4 sprigs fresh mint
- 2 tsp turbinado or brown sugar
- 16 oz. carbonated water or 7up
Steps
- Remove leaves from 2 of the mint sprigs and divide into the bottom of each glass.
- Sprinkle 1 tsp sugar into each glass and “muddle” the mint and sugar with a handle of a wooden spoon until fragrant.
- Add 3 lime wedges into each glass, squeezing the juice into the glass.
- Fill each glass with ice and top off with fizzy water (7up).
- Stir to mix. Garnish each glass with remaining lime wedges.
