Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups greek yogurt, plain
- 1 cup fresh mango, chopped
- 2 ripe bananas, peeled and sliced
- 1/2 cup toasted coconut
- 1 cup chilled heavy whipping cream
- 2 TBSP confectioners' sugar
Steps
- Place whipping cream and confectioners' sugar in a chilled glass or stainless steel bowl and whip until soft peaks form.
- Divide yogurt and chopped mango between 4 serving flasses.
- Arrange a layer of sliced banans on top of the yogurt and sprinkle with half of the toasted coconut.
- Spoon whipped cream over the bananas and toasted coconut. Top with remaining toasted coconut.
- Chill in the refridgerator until ready to serve.
