Louisiana Cake

Ingredients
  • 1 Cake box/mix
  • 1/8 tsp baking soda
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1 cup mashed bananas
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 cup finely chopped walnuts
  • 1 pkg. butterscotch pudding (cooked)
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 pkg. fluffy white frosting mix

Steps
  1. Stir baking soda into dry mix; add water, bananas, and eggs.
  2. Beat 4 minutes. Add walnuts.
  3. Bake in oblong pan, 13x9x2".
  4. Spread top of cooled cake with 1 pkg. cooked butterscotch pudding (cooled) and sprinkle with 1/2 cup chopped walnuts.
  5. Frost top and sides with Betty Crocker Fluffy White Frosting Mix.
