Lollipops

Ingredients
  • 1 cup corn syrup
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1/4 tsp flavoring
  • food coloring
  • molds
  • lollipop stick

Steps
  1. Mix corn syrup, water, and sugar in kettle. Cook to hard crack stage using candy thermometer.
  2. Remove from heat, add flavoring and color. Stir well.
  3. Pour into molds adding lollipop sticks.
Tips
Always mark lollipop sticks before starting so they will not go into lollipop too far. Otherwise, you can't tell when putting them in molds.
