Lemon Pudding Dessert

Ingredients
1 cup cold butter
2 cups flour
1 pkg (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 cup sugar
1 carton (8 oz.) whipped topping - thawed
3 cups cold milk
2 pkgs (3.4 oz. each) instant lemon pudding

Steps
Cut butter into flour. Press into 9x13" baking dish. Bake 350° for 18-22 minutes. Cool.
Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Fold in 1 cup topping. Spread over cooled crust.
Beat milk and pudding on low - 2 minutes.
Spread over cream cheese layer. Top with remianing topping.
Refridgerate at least 1 hour.
