Lemon Pudding Dessert

Ingredients
  • 1 cup cold butter
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 pkg (8 oz.) cream cheese
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 carton (8 oz.) whipped topping - thawed
  • 3 cups cold milk
  • 2 pkgs (3.4 oz. each) instant lemon pudding

Steps
  1. Cut butter into flour. Press into 9x13" baking dish. Bake 350° for 18-22 minutes. Cool.
  2. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Fold in 1 cup topping. Spread over cooled crust.
  3. Beat milk and pudding on low - 2 minutes.
  4. Spread over cream cheese layer. Top with remianing topping.
  5. Refridgerate at least 1 hour.
  6. Serves 16
