Ingredients
  • Cake mix/box
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1/4 sifted confectioners' sugar
  • Rum Filling:
  • 1 egg
  • rum flavoring
  • water
  • 3 TBSP butter

Steps
  1. Bake cake in two 8" square or layer pans. Cool.
  2. Fill with Rum Filling.
  3. Whip whipping cream and sugar until stiff. Frost cake with this.
  4. Chill Cake.
  5. Rum Filling:
  6. Beat egg with rum flavoring and water to make 1/4 cup liquid. Add 3 TBSP butter and egg mixture to 1 pkg. Betty Crocker Creamy White Frosting Mix; beat.
