Ingredients
- Cake mix/box
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1/4 sifted confectioners' sugar
- Rum Filling:
- 1 egg
- rum flavoring
- water
- 3 TBSP butter
Steps
- Bake cake in two 8" square or layer pans. Cool.
- Fill with Rum Filling.
- Whip whipping cream and sugar until stiff. Frost cake with this.
- Chill Cake.
- Rum Filling:
- Beat egg with rum flavoring and water to make 1/4 cup liquid. Add 3 TBSP butter and egg mixture to 1 pkg. Betty Crocker Creamy White Frosting Mix; beat.
