Ice Cream Parfaits

Steps

1. Blend fruit.
2. Then beginning with fruit, add large scoop of ice cream, pushing down into topping so it will come up the sides of the parfait flass. Then alternate in layers ending with fruit.
3. Top with whipped cream and a cherry if desired. You can also use nuts or any other fruit or topping.
5. Another favorite is to use Strawberry Danish Dessert.
6. These are excellent to freeze beforehand, then serve later for ease and convenience
