Honey Popcorn Clusters

Ingredients
  • vegetable cooking spray
  • 6 cups air-popped popcorn
  • 2/3 cup Dole golden or seedless raisins
  • 1/2 cup dates chopped
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar - packed
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 TBSP butter or margarine
  • 1/4 tsp soda

Steps
  1. Line bottom and sides of 9x13" pan with foil. Spray with cooking spray.
  2. Stir together popcorn, raisins, and dates in foil-lined pan.
  3. Combine sugar, honey and butter in small saucepan. Bring to boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Reduce heat to low. Cook 5 minutes. Do not stir. Remove from heat.
  4. Stir in baking soda. Pour over popcorn mixture. Stir quickly - coat evenly.
  5. Bake 300bread,fried,dessert for 12-15 minutes until lightly brown. Stir once halfway through baking time.
  6. Lift foil from pan - cool on rack. When completely cool, break into clusters.
Tips
Will last up to 1 week in airtight container
