Honey Candy

Ingredients
  • 2 cups honey
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup cream

Steps
  1. Combine all ingredients and cook slowly until it reaches to hard ball or crisp stage when tested in cold water.
  2. Pour out onto buttered platter and cool until cool enough to handle.
  3. Grease hands and pull with fingertips until golden in color.
  4. Cut or break into pieces.
