Ingredients
- 2 cups cranberries
- 3 cups water
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 TBSP lemon juice or orange juice
- 1 pint lime sherbert
Steps
- Cook cranberries in water until very soft. Strain and save juice.
- Combine juice and sugar.
- Cook until sugar is dissolved, about 5 minutes.
- Chill. Add lemon or orange juice to taste.
- Pour into a punch bowl. Float scoops of lime sherbet on top. Ladle into cups.
