Holiday Punch

Ingredients
  • 2 cups cranberries
  • 3 cups water
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 TBSP lemon juice or orange juice
  • 1 pint lime sherbert

Steps
  1. Cook cranberries in water until very soft. Strain and save juice.
  2. Combine juice and sugar.
  3. Cook until sugar is dissolved, about 5 minutes.
  4. Chill. Add lemon or orange juice to taste.
  5. Pour into a punch bowl. Float scoops of lime sherbet on top. Ladle into cups.
