Golden Butter Icing

Ingredients
  • 3 TBSP butter (no substitutions)
  • 2 TBSP milk
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Steps
  1. Heat and stir butter in heavy pan until golden brown. Beat in remaining ingredients.
  2. Great for icing cashew cookies. Covers approx. 36 cookies.
Tips
If you like a liberal amount of cashews - use 1 cup cashews or most people like 2/3 cup. This is about 1 small package of cashews.
