Frog Eye Salad

Ingredients
  • 1 cup acinidepepe pasta
  • 1 (20 oz.) can pineapple tidbits - reserve juice
  • 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
  • 2 (15 oz.) cans mandarin or anges - drained
  • 1 (12 oz.) frozen whipped topping - thawed
  • 2 cups miniature marshmallows
  • 1 cup flaked coconut - optional
  • 1/2 cup maraschino cherried - chopped; optional
  • green food coloring

Steps
  1. Cook pasta. Drain well. Set aside to cool.
  2. Pour reserved pineapple juice over pasta.
  3. Add pineapple tidbits, crushed pineapple, mandarin oranges, whipped topping, and marshmallows.
  4. Stir in coconut and cherries - if desired.
  5. Stir in green food coloring - 1 drop at a time to desired color.
  6. Place in fridge overnight.
  7. Fun and delicious!
