Doughnuts

Steps

1. Dissolve yeast in lukewarm milk.
2. Add remaining ingredients. Stir well.
3. Let raise 2 times.
4. Roll out on floured board 1/4" thick. Let raise about 1 1/2 times their size.
5. Deep fry in electric fry pan at 480°, then roll in sugar, or glaze with frosting.
7. To glaze: make thin frosting of powdered sugar, water, and vanilla.
8. Frosting: White or chocoalte, or you can frost and then top with nuts and coconut.
