Date Balls

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1 cup dates (chopped)
  • 1 cup nuts (chopped)
  • 2 cups rice krispies
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • angel flake coconut

Steps
  1. Put first 4 ingredients in fry pan and cook until thick, like scrambled eggs. Stir constantly.
  2. Add second row of 4 ingredients.
  3. Mix and cool. Shape into balls and roll in coconut.
