Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 eggs
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1 cup dates (chopped)
- 1 cup nuts (chopped)
- 2 cups rice krispies
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 tsp salt
- angel flake coconut
Steps
- Put first 4 ingredients in fry pan and cook until thick, like scrambled eggs. Stir constantly.
- Add second row of 4 ingredients.
- Mix and cool. Shape into balls and roll in coconut.
