Chocolate Peanut Clusters

Ingredients
  • 1 pkg. peanuts (salted or unsalted)
  • 1 lb. milk chocolate dipping chocolate

Steps
  1. Grate or cut chocolate into small pieces and melt over low heat. (Use double boiler, lowest heat of electric frying pan, or in microwave. Avoid high heat as chocolate will turn white.)
  2. After chocolate is melted, stir in peanuts until thoroughly coated and drop by teaspoonfuls onto wax paper.
  3. Cool and let set up.
  4. Can also cover pretzels or raisins.
