Broccoli Cheese Soup

8 Batches - huge crowd
Ingredients
3 gallons water/broth (we use 10 49oz. cans of chicken broth)
48 chicken bouillon cubes
3 bunches celery, diced (can add more if you like)
4 onions, diced (can add more if you like)
3 bags fresh broccoli from Costco
White Sauce:
6 cups flour
6 cups butter
5 large jars of Cheeze Whiz or 3-5 lbs shredded cheese

Steps
Bring all soup ingredients to aboil. Break up broccoli with potato masher when it gets soft.
Make white sauce by melting butter and then adding flour to make a roux. Slowly add to the soup until thickened. You will need a large wire whisk.
Add cheeze whiz and mix well.
