Brazilian Mocha-Nut Torte

Ingredients
  • cake mix/box
  • 1 pkg. vanilla pudding
  • 1 TBSP powdered instant coffee
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped Brazil nuts
  • Betty Crocker Chocolate Fudge Frosting Mix

Steps
  1. Bake cake box in jelly roll pan (15.5x10.5x1"), 22 to 28 minutes. Cool.
  2. Cut into three 5" pieces.
  3. Fill with cooked vanilla pudding, adding instant coffee and chopped Brazil nuts.
  4. Frost with chocolate frosting.
  5. Sliver Brazil nuts on top.
