Berry Trifle / Marscapone

Ingredients
24 oz. raspberries, divided
3/4 cup sugar, divided
16 oz. marscapone
4 TBSP orange juice
2 cups whipping cream
1/2 cup powdered sugar
2 pound cakes
18 oz. blueberries

Steps
Add 12 oz. raspberries to a bowl. Toss them with 1/4 cup sugar. Set aside.
Mix marscapone with 1/2 cup sugar and orange juice. Set aside.
Whip cream with powdered sugar until almost firm. Mix the marscarpone mixture with the whipped cream.
Cut the pound cake into 8 slices each and place in trifle bowl.
Then add the sugared raspberries, half the mousse, and half the blueberries and blackberries.
Repeat layering with remaining ingredients.
Makes 10-12 servings.

Excellent and showy
