Baked Rice Pudding

Ingredients
1/2 cup rice
1 quart milk - 2 cups
1/2 cup raisins
1/3 cup butter
2 eggs - beaten
dash nutmeg
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp salt
dash cinnamon

Steps
Cook rice. Add raisins and butter.
Combine eggs, vanilla, salt, and milk. Add to rice mixture with remaining ingredients.
Pour into greased 1 1/2 quart baking dish.
I usually use a glass loaf pan. Can sprinkle cinnamon and nutmeg on top.
Bake at 325° for 30-45 minutes or until set.
Serve warm!
