4 x 12" pizza crust
Ingredients
  • 570 grams flour
  • 340 grams warm water
  • 30 grams olive oil
  • 1 1/8 tsp of yeast
  • 3 pinches of salt

Steps
  1. Whisk dry ingredients then add wet ingredients
Tips
If using immediately use instant yeast. If portioning and freezing, use active dry yeast.

If freezing wrap in plastic then wrap again in heavy duty foil or it'll end up freezer burnt.
